How we handle your data and how we use images from the event.

The Spanish version of this page is the valid one. This translation is for reference only.

Privacy

We use your registration data only to organize the event, handle timing and communicate with you. We process data in accordance with Uruguay's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 18.331).

On the public entrants list and in the results we show only number, name, distance, category, city, country, time and position. We do not show ID number, email, phone or date of birth.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Write to epicagravel@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Your checklist is saved only in your browser.

Image use

Registering implies granting the right to use your image to promote the event (clause 14 of the rules).

Photos by photographers are published with credit. By sharing photos with the organizers, you authorize their publication on this site and on Épica Gravel's social media. You keep the copyright. The photos live on Google Drive.

If you want us to remove a photo you appear in, write to epicagravel@gmail.com.
